In which I post a picture of Monica at Twickenham.
In which I look ahead to the fifth round Heineken Cup match between Wasps and Leinster
The World Cup starts today, with a game between France and Argentina. Enjoy.
Tomorrow, New Zealand will hammer Italy.
Then Australia will hammer Japan.
Finally England will hammer the USA. At least, that's the way the script should go.
I thought I'd get in early and beat the rush, but the train was packed and I had about three hours to spare.
It was a hosing for Wales, with a final score of 62-5 to England, tries from Easter(x4), Borthwick, Dallaglio, Perry(x2), Robinson and Tait. Wilkinson made 7 conversions and 1 penalty kick. As consolation, James scored for Wales.
It was such a hefty scoreline, that I found myself willing Wales on in order to make it more of a game!
France next week should be a lot closer.
