This post contains spoilers for the sixth Dr Who episode, Vampires in Venice. Straight of the bat, I will admit that this episode had flaws, and inconsistencies. For instance,
one moment, the aliens can survive stumbling into full sunlight - the next, sunlight reflected from a shaded area using a handmirror causes them to splatter
.
That said, I did enjoy the episode. It was simply fun. It had lots of nice little moments in it, and several times it got a laugh from me. This made up for the sins, and I came away having throughly enjoyed the episode.
I won't write a big piece this week as a) I'm late, and 'Amy's Choice' is on today and b) the episode was quite 'light' and I'd spoil my fun by analysing it too much.
