This puzzle should have been fairly easy.

All I did to make this puzzle was convert the text into the ASCII character, and then convert that character into its binary form. so %0100000 is \$20 in hex, or '32' in decimal. This is represents a space in ASCII. To solve it you'd just use the ASCII lookup table to work in the other direction (spreadsheets have functions for this job).

Note that these were 7 bit numbers, I dropped the leading zero.
