Solution to Puzzle 10

Last week's puzzle should have been fairly easy as there was a fair amount of text, punctuation and spacing were preserved, and it was monoalphabetic.

If you haven't yet solved it, you may like to try before reading on.

The solution is:

I'VE SPENT PART OF TODAY GOING THROUGH SOME OF
MY GRANDAD'S PAPERS. THERE IS A LOT OF MEMORABILIA
IN THERE, AND I THOUGHT I'D PERIODICALLY POST SOME
OF IT ONLINE, ALONG WITH ANY STORIES WHICH ARE
ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

This is some text which first appeared on this site about six weeks ago.
