‘Serenity’ cheap at Amazon
The excellent ‘Serenity’, a feature film based on the equally excellent ‘Firefly’, is available quite cheaply at Amazon right now. As I write it is below the six quid mark.

SG1 200th Episode will be a nod to Firefly?
There is talk that the 200th episode of SG1 will be directly referencing the success of ressurrecting Firefly as the excellent Serenity, by bringing back Wormhole X-treme!
Earlier I noted that there would be a reference to Wormhole X-treme, but it looks like they’re going the whole way.

Serenity: Additional
As well as Serenity just coming out on DVD, Firefly is on sale at a silly price right now. Firefly is the series upon which Serenity was based.
As I write, the price for the Firefly boxed set is £12.97 – this really is good value. (3-mar-2006 Update: Now £11.97 – this is getting silly!)

I aim to misbehave
I have seen Serenity.
Sufficed to say that this film lived up to my expectations, and surpassed them. It did bring in the uninitiated whilst not repeating things for those familiar with Firefly.
It’s a barnstormer of a film, and wraps up the series nicely, whilst at the same time leaves things open for more.
