Stroke Association

This weekend I am doing my first charity ride of the year, this one is in aid of the Stroke Association. I am setting off at 10am from Southwark Park and winding up at Hurst Park near Hampton Court – where there will be fun and games.

The route follows the Thames, leaving it to take in Richmond Park before rejoining it around Hampton Court. It’s 33 miles and full details are here.
