		<description>I forgot to mention - the essential plot point - Spock was too slow to stop a dying star destroying Romulus. Nero was there, with the same weapon (once Spock appeared), but 100 years earlier. 

A hundred years is nothing in stellar terms, so why did he not save Romulus with the MacGuffin instead of running around trying to get &#039;revenge&#039;?</description>
