Rugby World Cup 2015 and 2019

The IRB have announced the locations for the next two Rugby World Cups. I thought they’d be announced as England and Japan.

The announcement in Dublin was later than expected, which implies to me that there was some debate between South Africa and England.

The IRB council has decided that the host for Rugby World Cup will be England, and host for Rugby World Cup 2019 will be Japan. Excellent…. got to keep my RFU membership up to date for advance tickets!

It’s coming home, it’s coming hom… erm, wrong game.
