		<description>Quite. I'd really like it if people would recognise that it'd really be quite good to have someone with a brain in the oval office, not someone who will pander to the lowest common denominator (even if the voter in question IS the lowest common denominator).

Yes, I know that pandering to the lowest common denominator and having a brain aren't mutually exclusive, but why shouldn't the person aiming for the highest public office seek to show that they have a brain?</description>

		<description>I'm always skeptical of hundred-millionaires hectoring a mere millionaire (and barely) about elitism, especially since the hectoree wasn't born into affluence.  They could conceivably be right, but they're usually full of it.

What's even more troubling is the message sent by those who then buy the message and vote accordingly.  They're saying, "Treat me as if I'm stupid - because by God I'm proud to be just that."</description>
